"The 1st night, they were doing work on the heating system that kept us up for hours. The restaurant was never opend except for a lame breakfast. The beds were dirty and uncomfortable--light switches broken. Drain in sink didn't work. Mildew on tile in shower. Stain on carpet in room near bed. No wonder on homecoming weekend you had vacancies when no-one else did. The price was exorbitant at $170 a night--especially when one night we couldn't even sleep."
